To help us provide timely appointments for all patients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, or as much notice as possible, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Repeated non-attendance or late cancellations may result in a booking fee being required to secure future appointments or the application of a cancellation fee.
